Exercising is allowed; get outside! Walk, run, jump, swing. Kilmore has such a variety of parks and sites to see and explore. Have a look in your local area, you might be surprised.
Get outside and let the sun shine on your face (if its not hiding behind the clouds) Get in plenty of exercise, during the day and when you do go to bed, keep your room dark and at a comfortable temperature Remove yourself from electronics at least half an hour before bed for a deeper sleep.
